Current Openings:

Job Title: Research Associates

Academic Qualification: Any Graduate with excellent knowledge in Computer application

Job Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum and content development for Bhasi’s classes
2. Plan and own integrated content for the Bhasi’s classes blog
3. Ensure content plans support the desired goals and objectives of product, growth,
   marketing, etc.
4. Use data to demonstrate the success of content efforts and adjust plans and strategies
   accordingly
5. Set clear goals and priorities for content creation, proactively communicating objectives,
   results, and challenges
6. Evaluate research on user requirements, market trends, and competition.
7. Analyse content metrics and make changes as needed
8. Ensure the integrity of the brand narrative (voice, style, tone)

Preferred Skill Sets:

1. Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
2. Interested in mentoring and guiding students.
3. Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate
   effectively
4. Excellent Computer Knowledge
5. Comfortable juggling multiple projects and aggressive deadlines
6. Demonstrated ability to understand the target audience, and create content
   accordingly

Experience

• relevant: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Title: Business Development Associate

Academic Qualification: Any Graduate with excellent knowledge in Computer application

Job Responsibilities: This is an individual contributor role. As a BDA in Bhasi’s classes, you will be expected to connect with potential customers, set up meetings (online/offline), counsel the students/customers and assist them to become premium subscribers.

Preferred Skill Set:

1. Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
2. Interested in mentoring and guiding students.
3. Having a knack for sales
4. Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
5. Highly effective communication
6. Strong conviction
7. High energy and enthusiasm
8. Prior experience in sales and business development is an add-on
9. Knowledge in WhatsApp/SMS/Telegram marketing is an add-on

Experience:

• Cold Calling: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
